Our Resident Staff Team

We have a highly trained, experienced staff team who have a variety of expertise and specialisms.

All teaching staff have Childcare and Early Years Education qualifications and additional training to ensure they have the necessary specialist skills to answer the particular developmental needs of our member children.

Staff have also received specific training enabling them to care for children who have complex health needs e.g. seizures, breathing difficulties and those who require tube feeding etc.

Our Associate Team

These are our linked Health Professionals: Paediatric Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist and Consultant Paediatrician who work in partnership together with us at the Centre. They regularly assess and work with the children in the Centre and meet with and advise their parents and carers.

We also work in close liaison with a variety of Early Years Professionals including: Educational Psychologist Special Educational Needs and Disability Lead Workers, Health Visitors, Social Workers, Specialist Teachers and Physical and Sensory Impairment and Staff in Devizes. Melksham, Marlborough, Pewsey and Tidworth Children's Centres.

This ongoing close co-operation and communication between all the involved professionals and parents enables us to form an effective Team Around the Child and provide a comprehensive support network to ensure each child gains maximum benefit.
